Madlibs with Emilee
Emilee’s PERFECT DAY
My alarm clock goes off at 8:05am and I calmly jump out of bed. The first thing I need to do is
put on my slippers followed by a large cup of Diet Dr. Pepper.
Once I am awake, I get to work on planning Sandra Bullock and Jimmy Fallon wedding in Lucerne, Switzerland.
This wedding is going to be unforgettable! The bride is wearing Monique Lhuillier, carrying a beautiful bouquet of peonies and will walk down the aisle to Fields of Gold by Eva Cassidy.
At the reception, they will serve chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes and creme brulee. Their signature drink will be a chocolate martini.
This is going to be a fairy tale wedding, just like in You’ve Got Mail! After finishing some final details on the wedding, I am off to lunch with my grandmother at Coltivare. I spend the rest of my afternoon either reading The Nightingale, browsing @theeverygirl instagram account, shopping online at Nordstrom or binge watching Friends.
Tonight, I am putting on my navy blue Aggie ring, grabbing my bkr water bottle and headed to the Memorial Park with my two sisters, Andrea & McKenzie.
And when the day is over, I am so grateful because this was the most perfect day.
About Emilee
Hi there, I’m Emilee and I am thrilled you’re here. Below is a little about me, then I’d love to chat all about you and your upcoming celebration!
I’m originally from DFW, but I absolutely love living in Houston and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to barre classes, cheering for the Aggies (whoop!), volunteering with The Birthday Party Project, and reading or listening to audiobooks.
While attending Texas A&M, I had the opportunity to be part of my organization’s philanthropy committee. We were in charge of planning the annual fundraiser, an outdoor concert. I was assigned to coordinate and oversee nearly 125 volunteers for the event. It was so much fun running around all day with my clipboard and tasks list and ensuring all was in place and running smoothly. At the end of the day, I was equally exhausted and energized. Looking back, this was an important day! It was just the beginning for me and event planning. Soon enough, I was happily spending my free time helping friends with their weddings, hosting showers and other parties, and eventually working at a local nonprofit managing the day-to-day operations and assisting with special events and fundraisers.
I am so grateful to be part of Belle Events. It’s truly a dream and my hope is to cultivate and execute your dream event. Whether it’s a once-in-a-lifetime wedding, company holiday party, nonprofit gala, or another special occasion - I’m excited and cannot wait! Let’s talk soon!
