Rachel’s PERFECT DAY
My alarm clock goes off at 8:00am and I blissfully jump out of bed. The first thing I need to do is
a light stretch followed by a large cup of lemon water.
Once I am awake, I get to work on planning Zendaya and Tom Holland wedding in Florence, Italy.
This wedding is going to be flawless! The bride is wearing Galia Lahav, carrying a beautiful bouquet of orchids and will walk down the aisle to Samskeyti by Sigur Ros.
At the reception, they will serve sushi and carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Their signature drink will be a lemon drop martini.
This is going to be a fairy tale wedding, just like in One Fine Day! After finishing some final details on the wedding, I am off to lunch with my husband, Jack at Nancy’s Hustle. I spend the rest of my afternoon either reading From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail, browsing Condé Nast Traveler instagram account, shopping online at Reformation or binge watching Gilmore Girls.
Tonight, I am putting on my scarlet red and pink heels, grabbing my iphone and headed to cocktail hour at BB Lemon with my best friends.
And when the day is over, I am so fortunate because this was the most perfect day.

Hi there! My name is Rachel and I’m so happy to be a part of this awe-inspiring team. I have always had a serious passion for aesthetics in my surroundings, details in everything I do, and getting to see clients’ joyful smiles as they celebrate special moments with their friends and loved ones.
I began my career as an intern for Belle where I had the pleasure of learning from the best! I fell in love with design and from there, became an Event Designer for a Houston design company and a full production company. I was thrilled to design and produce so many different events, while still getting to work closely with my Belle family.
During this time, I also fell in love, the true kind of love! I married my best friend and soulmate, Jack. After our very intimate, very perfect wedding in 2020, I took some time to focus on family, refresh my goals, and create my own business, Styled by Spalding! SBS is a lifestyle organization brand that carefully curates your administrative needs both personal and professional. I am so lucky that SBS led me back to Belle Events where I get to use my expertise as the Creative Director for the team and Executive Assistant to Rebecca. .
I feel so lucky each day to work with such incredible women!
